COVID-19 Safety Protocol

Before you arrive

• We are lengthening and staggering appointments to avoid waiting room congestion and allow us more than enough time to properly clean the rooms.
• We ask that anyone with flu like symptoms, fever, sudden loss of taste/smell or contact with a covid patient, reschedule their appointment.
• Please come to the office wearing a mask
• Only patients should enter the office
• If you want, you can call us when you arrive and we will text you when it is your turn

When you arrive

• Please stop in the alcove by the door.
• If you arrive wearing gloves remove them and put on a fresh pair from the table. If you aren’t wearing gloves, please disinfect using the automatic sanitizer dispenser
• Please announce your arrival and one of our staff members will take your temperature with a no-touch thermometer

Waiting room

• Please do not remove your mask
• Please maintain social distancing. If the waiting room is crowded, please leave your cell # with the receptionist and wait outside. You will be called when it is time to be seen.
